Once you have registered, you will receive an email with essential information and a brief questionnaire.
IN PREPARATION:
1) Make sure you have a copy of MEDITATION SECRETS FOR WOMEN. You can order at your local bookstore or click here.
2) Take a flip through the book and get a sense of its range and depth.
3) Notice what stands out, what calls to you. This will change over time.
4) Read or review the Introduction to the book.

Cancellation Policy: Once each three-month class period begins,
there is no refund for that quarter. If you must cancel before the
end of the course, you may receive credit for the balance (minus a
$100 processing fee) which can be applied to sessions or other
workshops. Discounts no longer apply.
